Stanford alum, second-time founder, mom of one, and part-time poker teacher, Sophia brings 10+ years of experience building products at the intersection of trust, safety, and human connection. She led safety and privacy product ops at Meta and Robinhood, launched a friend-matching app, and ran AI operations at OpenSea.
Naga Kataru CTO
IIT and Stanford GSB alum, active angel investor, serial entrepreneur, dad of two, veteran engineer, and part-time almond farmer, Naga is a seasoned technologist with over 25 years of experience building cutting-edge software. He created Google Alerts and specializes in AI and scalable systems.

Very little. We handle setup, intake, match generation, and delivery. You just tell us your goals, timeline, and preferences, and we’ll take it from there.

Yes. There are no public profiles or directories. Identifiable responses are private and only used to improve match quality, never shared or sold.

Nope. Ghost has no app and no account to log into. We communicate with your attendees via email.

We can run a program in as little as 3 days, though 1–2 weeks is ideal for onboarding, matching, and feedback collection.

If you choose to send matches directly to your members, each participant will receive curated matches with a short blurb on why they were paired, plus suggested conversation starters.

Technically 2 is the minimum, but more participants means better matches. Ghost works best for groups of over 30 people.
